Michelin reviewer wannabe notes:

Space and Cleanliness – 2.5 out of 5

  • Candy colored walls with ice cream stickers and all things pastel. Another hit is their good lighting; Makes selfies mandatory.  Really small space. 5 adults can make the whole place look swamped. Which is a good marketing strategy, if you ask me.
  • Not enough tables inside. Just one long table (sits 4 people) against the left wall, and a small one (sits 2 people) by the window. Outside are 2 tables, but less comfortable because mainit sa labas (hot and damp weather). Good spot for people watching, though.
  • In fairness to them, they tidy up pretty quickly, so the next customer can have a table ready for them in no time.

Ambiance – 3 out of 5

  • I don’t remember if there was any music on the background.
  • Attentive servers, even recommended must tries.
  • Perfect for Pokemon Go trainers. Access to 3 or more Pokestops.
  • 80’s ice cream parlor vibes.
  • People watch? Good spot right here.

Food  – 2 out of 5

  • Freezer Burn boasts of quirky-flavored, Instagram worthy ice creams. Presentation is 50% of the battle, and they nailed it.
  • Flavors are unique.
  • BBPPBB – Brown butter pecan with  waffle and banana bits, ice cream cone and syrup. Too sweet.
  • Morning Glory – Maple bacon with toast, popcorn, ice cream cone and cotton candy. Too sweet.
  • Thick Mints – Stracciatella with brownie bites, ice cream cone and cotton candy. Not as sweet as our other orders. Has that distinct mint and chocolate taste. Really good.
  • The Composed Desserts were too complicated for me. All the ingredients were sweet, which did not really add depth or character.
  • They do not give service water. Be prepared to pay P25 for a bottle (To me, that’s a rip off).

Value – 2 out of 5

  • P150 for their single scoop ice cream.
  • P295 for their Composed Desserts.
  • It’s just ice cream! Ang mahal, not worth it.

Verdict:
Space and Cleanliness -2.5 Stars
Ambiance – 3
Food  – 2
Value – 2
Overall experience – 2
I had the chance to try their scoop ice creams on a different occasion. It is better than their Composed Desserts. But, I still wouldn’t reco. Just nice to look at.
